Available now
Cora's public listing is pending. Until it is published, add the production MCP endpoint as a developer-mode app. ChatGPT's settings labels may change; the steps below reflect the current flow.
Cora MCP server URL
https://api.purplepill.ai/api/mcp/In ChatGPT Settings, open Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Open Settings → Plugins (or chatgpt.com/plugins), select the plus button, create a developer-mode app, and paste the Cora MCP URL.
Cora opens an authorization page. Sign in or create an account with Google or Apple, then approve only the permission bundles you want.
Turn the Cora app on for the conversation, then ask for your data or an action in plain language.
Permission controls
Cora separates data access, write access, coaching, and onboarding. Write and coaching permissions are off by default.
Disconnect from Cora under Settings → Connected Apps or remove Cora in ChatGPT settings. New requests are refused after revocation; an already-issued session can remain valid for up to one hour.
Prompt examples
These prompts use current Cora data. With write access, you can also ask ChatGPT to log or update supported items after you review the response.
“Compare my sleep and recovery for the past 30 days. What changed?”
“Show this week's training plan and help me adjust today's session.”
“How close am I to today's protein goal? Log my usual breakfast.”
“How consistent was I with my wind-down routine this month?”
Cora and ChatGPT Health
ChatGPT Health can connect Apple Health and selected wellness apps for eligible users. Cora's connection gives ChatGPT access to Cora-specific training plans, nutrition records, habits, routines, scores, coaching, and supported write actions. If you use both, review each product's permissions and share only what you intend.
Read OpenAI's ChatGPT Health overviewWith the permissions you approve, ChatGPT can use Cora tools to read recovery, sleep, workouts, training plans, meals, nutrition goals, body metrics, habits, routines, and journals. It can also ask Cora for fitness advice based on that data. If you grant write access, ChatGPT can log or update supported items in your Cora account.
