Done. Based on your recovery — Body Charge 54, sleep 6h12m — I built easy Zone 2 for Mon–Tue, your key strength session Thursday, and a rest day Wednesday, and wrote it to your Cora plan. Want me to adjust Thursday's volume?
The vision

The interface can change. Your coach should remember.

A useful coaching relationship should not reset when you move from one screen to another. Your goals, preferences, training history, recovery context, and previous decisions should remain available wherever you choose to talk to Cora.

Cora is the persistent coaching layer. It organizes the Cora and Apple Health data you approve, keeps relevant history, and exposes permissioned context and actions through a secure MCP server. ChatGPT, Claude, and compatible clients become additional ways to work with the same coach.

That means you can use the AI interface you prefer without rebuilding your fitness history in every conversation — and without turning a general-purpose chatbot into the system of record for your health and fitness life.

How it works

Three steps to bring your coach with you

01 · Connect

Add Cora's MCP server

Add Cora's MCP endpoint to a supported client and sign in. The connection is scoped to your Cora account and the permissions you approve.

02 · Ask

Talk to your AI like normal

Ask about your recovery, request a training week, or log a workout. The client can call the relevant Cora tools instead of guessing from a pasted summary.

03 · Act

Cora reads and writes your data

Cora returns the approved context and can carry permitted plans, workouts, meals, and habits back into the same ongoing coaching record.

What you can do

Keep context, reason across it, and act with permission

Read your metrics

Recovery, HRV, sleep, strain, VO2 max, macros, body composition — all queryable.

Plan your training

Have AI build or adjust your week around your recovery, then write it to Cora.

Log by chat

Log workouts and meals in natural language from any AI client.

Explain your numbers

Ask why your Body Charge dropped or what your HRV trend means, in plain language.

Analyze trends

Surface patterns across weeks of training, sleep, and nutrition data.

Use another MCP client

Bring the same permissioned Cora context into other compatible clients without creating a second fitness profile.

Try asking
